Dinelle takes a simple "hair cut" to another level. Besides having a LOT of technique, expertise and knowledge, she wants to find the best possible cut, and to give the best possible experience to her customers. She aims at the overall experience, and wants us to be happy at the end - which is exactly what happens! She got my hair much better from day 1, and also recommended a new shampoo that's improving everything. I'm hooked...
