She is highly certified and extremely knowledgeable, and you can immediately tell that she truly understands hair. Rather than simply doing what you ask, she takes the time to evaluate your hair, understand its condition and needs, and recommend the treatments that will genuinely benefit it the most. That level of knowledge, honesty, and personalized attention made me feel completely confident that I was in the best hands.
The entire experience was wonderful, and I could not have been happier with the results. I left the salon loving my hair and, even more importantly, feeling that it had been properly cared for.
I live abroad and was visiting Amsterdam for the IBC conference, but I enjoyed my experience so much that I made her a promise: from now on, every year when I return to Amsterdam for IBC, a visit to her salon will definitely be on my schedule!
