I went for a haircut a few days ago- unfortunately I did have to wait 2 hours to get my hair done due to a mix up in the schedule so I cannot give more than three stars on this occasion. I left feeling very anxious and although was happy with my hair on the day, after wash, the haircut and hair was not great. Considering I paid 200 euros (haircut plus slight colour correction), I felt it was overpriced and was expecting more of a discount especially considering my long 2 hour wait.

Dear Marina, I’m so sorry about your experience,I do my best to give the best for my customers, unfortunately, sometimes happens to have that inconvenient. You had appointment for haircut, and you decided to make color correction at the moment, but explained to you the process and the price in advance. All my price is online in my website, color correction start from 250€ till 700€, and to correct colour is not in one day. So did special price for to try compensate your time. U are welcome to come back and I can check your hair if u are not happy. I also explain the colour to repair is necessary to make highlight again. Your previous highlight was not with good design, for that reason u also come to make a color correction.
And is difficult to make in one day.
